Miramar Condominium is a lovely 45 minute walk to the edge of town, along the shoreline of the Caribbean on a lighted walking path. It is first in a line of five high rise luxury condos but Miramar is a smaller, meticulously maintained 12-unit condo, typically with the quietest pool in the area.

Miramar 102 is a large 2BR located at a shoreline premonitory of special beauty on the coast of Cozumel Island. Its pool and sunning area is a symphony of water, tile and grass. The pool is large enough to do laps and include a water jet spa. Snorkeling is fantastic with a convenient ladder entry. But for the brave, there is a unique 15 foot “jump off”…yes, a platform diving launch point that delights young and old.

Inside, classical pillars and wall alcoves define the spacious living room and dining room, both with ocean views. An exceptional cement platform sofa, with leather recliners, decorate the living room. The furnishings are custom made after the designs of a modernist Mexican architect. Hand painted murals by Judith Kjenstad decorate the walls and alcoves. Judy is a well known Scandinavian folk painter who has produced these remarkable paintings inspired by Mexican folk images.

If you love to cook, you will be amazed at this kitchen. Granite counter tops, GE Profile appliances including a convection oven and all the smaller appliances. We pride ourselves on thinking ahead for when the visiting foody decides to cook up a storm and enters our kitchen to prepare.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed with a new pillow top mattress. The room features a custom-made dresser as well as built-ins in the large closet. Because of the size of the master, there is a sitting/reading area in front of the glass ocean view windows. There is a separate vanity area and a large walk-in shower.

The back bedroom features two double beds and a large closet and built in dresser. There is a vanity area with a large mirror. Beside it is a spacious walk- in shower beside the toilet.

We have packed this condo with amenities we enjoy, like an audiophile stereo with IPOD docking. The built in entertainment system includes a large LCD TV/DVD combo for your movies. And as with all MyCozumelCondo’s units, we provide a large collection of movies and novels. A local phone is available in the condo. The central air conditioning keeps the condo refreshingly cool and dry. The maid cleans regularly and her service is included in the price, as is the use of the washer and dryer and all the drinking and cooking water you need. Includes a large LCD Smart TV and DVD player.

Miramar 102 provides great ease of access walking out onto the same level as the pool, yet the condo and its terrace is an amazingly private set back behind a grassy lawn.
